On November 1, Ryan participated in the Casa Grande Triathalon. He did it last year too, but this year he set a personal best. It was so fun to watch him particpate and the girls and I got to video tape and cheer him on! During the swim he even waved to us and blew us a kiss! What a trouper. He did a great job with a final time of 1 hour and 14 minutes. For those who don't know... Triathalon= 400 m swim, 10 mile bike, 3 mile run. This year I didn't take as many still photos during the race, but focused mostly on video, so that is why there is a lack of "action" shots!

Being in Casa Grande there wasn't a whole lot to do after the race was over and we were waiting for times, so the girls found the mud so fun to play in... they were so dirty when we got home, but oh well they had a good time and were in a good mood even though we pulled them out of bed so early.
