So no baby yet for those of you who care to know or are curious...
On Monday night was the Palmer family Christmas party. Mexican food dinner, nativity, and Santa. It was a great night. Haylee and Addilyn were angels again for the nativity and had a fun time with that. When we got there, Haylee ran up to her cousin Gwen and gave her a hug. She was so excited to see her.
We had sort of talked about Santa coming and what Haylee might ask for. We really wanted her to sing "I want a hippopotamus for Christmas" but she decided against it. As it was, she got up, sat on his lap and said she wanted a littlest pet shop toy. Ryan and I just assumed that Addilyn would not like to sit up there on Santa's lap as she sometimes even is silly with family and will not go to anyone if she is in the mood, so neither of us even tried to practice what she might say to Santa. So it was her turn and she came walking up the steps to the stage and went right to Santa. She sat on his lap and he asked her what she wanted for Christmas and very clearly and into the microphone (remember she has just found her words within the last 2 months) says "Doll House." I was seriously shocked! Then he asked her if she has been good and she said "mm-hmm" (she doesn't ever say yes even at home). It was seriously a very "proud mommy" moment considering she came up with it all on her own.
My sister Heather came home from EA right in time for the party and I was so excited to see her. Here is Julie, Liz and Heather...

Julie !! How are you? Two weeks before your due date! That means you will be delivering today! Ha.
