This past weekend a former mission companion and friend of Ryan's came over to AZ from California to visit. Chris, Raena, Hadley and Vincent arrived late Thursday night. We stayed up (including the babies) till past 1:00AM talking and visiting. On Friday we packed up the boat, took Addilyn to Grandma Muriel's house and went to the lake. (Thanks again Muriel. It was nice to spend a little time with just Haylee and not have to worry about Addilyn in the sun the whole day). It was a beautiful day, only about 98 degrees and no crowds at the lake at all. We had crazy subs, wake boarded, swam, and tubed for about 5 hours. It was so much fun. For me, it was the first time I had been to the lake this summer. I forgot how much I loved coming, even just to drive around in the boat. The scenery, sun, altogether a very fun day! Thanks for coming over Chris and Raena. Haylee keeps talking about her friend Hadley and how we need to come to Disneyland and wear princess costumes together. We a great time and we were so happy to have you stay with us, even if Vincent got a little sick! Enjoy the photos!
Hadley and Haylee... just being so cute!
Drinking some soda. Me and my girl Haylee.
Haylee and Ryan... just a cool photo. She normally always poses, so this is a rare occasion when I can get a candid.
Ryan catching some air!
Me wake boarding for the first time in a couple of years (last year I was too pregnant). I was amazed that I actually could get up and stay up! I even tried to jump the wake...but crashed pretty good every time. I just get too scared to follow through! or maybe that is just my excuse.
Tubing with Daddy... when I took this photo, she kept saying, "I'm ready to go home!"
Haylee tubing all alone! (not really Ryan is in the water dragging behind the tube) Haylee thought this was so cool, that she was big enough to go alone!
Chris and Hadley taking a turn on the tube.
Raena and Vincent just hanging out on the boat.
The group on the boat, just enjoying the sun.

(Although, let's be honest. I didn't need it this last summer...)
