Today marks the beginning of new church schedule for our ward. We used to meet at 1:00 PM and as you can imagine, not the best schedule for babies who nap and get cranky in the afternoon hours. Not to mention little time for visits etc. Today church time for our ward changed to 9:00 AM. I am already in love with this schedule and this is why. It is 2:33 and we have gone to church, babies have been changed to play clothes, lunch has been served and cleaned up and the house is quiet with the occasional snore from my sleeping family. Haylee is even taking a nap, which she rarely does. This also means that we can do visits to grandmas, visiting teaching, home teaching, etc without going late into the night. Yeah for a new church schedule. Oh and the car was not blazing hot when we got out of church!!!

Hooray for Sunday naps! We're still at 1pm and I'm actually enjoying my lazy mornings at home . . . but the afternoons are great to have open!

I love 9 am church. I always feel for Denise though because John is on the stand, and I am sure 9 comes really early with now 4 babies! The photographer that took my pictures is Lindsay Silsby. If you go to my friends list, go to Ben and Lindsay, and you will see links to her website. She lives in England, but comes out every so often to take pictures and see family and friends. I think she is coming in October! I know she is coming in January - so you could get baby pics done! Hope this helps, and hope all is well!

I loved our 8am church! It was the best, very hard to get there on time, but once you were up, we could get so much done, and i LOVED the afternoon naps!!

I know, I love Sunday naps! Our church got moved to 10am at the beginning of August and it has been a lifesaver! I really thought we were going to go inactive when it was at 8am. Ha ha. No one in our house is ever awake till after 9:30am so it was so hard to get there! Now it's perfect!!!
um, yeah, 1 pm church sucks. when we visit grandma's houses arys is always grumpy because she get's like an hour nap or less on sundays!
ya - thanks for taking our blissful sundays away! I'm missing that time like CRAZY! I think the church is truer at 9:00:)
