So Haylee has an Amelia Bedelia book that talks about Amelia Bedelia making a Lemon Meringue Pie. Ever since we got the book she has asked about making one with our lemons. So today was the day. We did it! I have never made this kind of pie before and it turned out really yummy if I do say so myself. Here are my little helpers cleaning up the beaters.

After we made the pies my sister Denise came to pick up her little boy Michael who had been playing and we took a little photo of her girl Grace and Elyse! Best cousins!
