Ollie the Trolley

My sister-in-law Jenn planned this great party called Treats Trolley for the family. She hired Ollie the Trolley to come pick everyone up and then drive us to some specific places to view lights. Sounds like a fun time and then Jenn plans the event and it becomes a magical night full of suprises, costumes, and treats! Thanks for planning it all Jenn. It was amazing. Definitely a night to remember.

The night started out with dinner at my parents. The trolley came to pick us up and took us to Jenn and Russ's house. When we arrived, there were little packages hanging from the tree for the girls, hooks in the ground for the little boys and costumes for the adults complete with treat buckets for everyone. The little girls got tulle skirts of red and green and headbands. I don't know what the little boys got as I don't have any! The men got boots with fur and Santa hats complete with a beard. All of the women got stripped stockings, an apron, and a bling ring. The treat boxes had our names on them and Jenn had investigated our favorite treat to be included (mine was gummy peaches and I was so excited) with a water bottle, popcorn, and an apple. We loaded up with all the goodies and drove to some neighborhoods with great lights. We walked around and got lots of looks considering there were about 30 of us all dressed up! After checking out some lights, we went back to Jenn's house where Santa was waiting complete with snow falling. (it was the bubble kind that they use in Disneyland) The kids got to sit on Santa's lap and then when everyone had a turn they got to find their name on the boxes scattered throughout the yard. All together it was a super fun night!!! Thanks for planning the event Jenn. It was so amazing! Here is a pretty lengthy slide show of the night's photos. Enjoy!
